Satish R. Saraogi, MBA, began his career in the corporate sector before successfully transitioning into the manufacturing industry, gaining valuable business and leadership experience. In 2012, he entered the realm of society management by becoming the secretary of his housing society, where he developed a deep understanding of the Cooperative Societies Act and Byelaws. Motivated by the challenges he observed, Satish founded “Yours Only,” a professional society management company dedicated to addressing practical management issues faced by cooperative housing and commercial societies. His mission is to make society management simple, efficient, and transparent, encouraging active participation from society members.
Understanding the limitations of physical management services alone, Satish has driven innovation by developing specialized society management software and mobile apps. These digital tools, combined with trained personnel, provide societies with streamlined administrative processes, compliance assurance, and enhanced communication. His vision is to transform societies into well-organized, technologically empowered communities, making management flawless and more accessible for all members.
SAHIL S. SARAOGI
Sahil S. Saraogi is a Computer Software Engineer with a B.Tech degree, known for his expertise in software upgradation and sales infrastructure development. His technical repertoire spans full-stack development, artificial intelligence, and process optimization, enabling him to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that enhance business operations and customer engagement.
With a systematic and growth-driven approach, Sahil consistently introduces forward-thinking ideas and executes technical strategies that make organizations more robust and competitive. His collaborative leadership style and strong business acumen position him as a key contributor, providing productive direction and keeping the company at the forefront of technological advancement.
RITURAJ R. JAJODIA
CA Rituraj R. Jajodia, originally from Bihar, relocated to Surat in 2005 and played a foundational role in establishing the company. His deep involvement from the very beginning allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s financial and operational dynamics. In 2020, he briefly stepped away to focus on completing his Chartered Accountancy studies, sharpening his expertise in finance and accounting. However, his dedication brought him back to the company in 2024 as a financial advisor, where he continues to apply his strong skills to guide the company’s financial strategy.
Beyond his financial acumen, Rituraj has gained valuable experience in society management due to his long-standing association with the company and its projects. He leverages this multifaceted insight to contribute not only to financial matters but also to the efficient governance and administration of society operations. His unique combination of finance expertise and practical society management knowledge makes him an integral part of the company’s leadership, helping it navigate complex challenges while planning sustainable growth.
ASHOK M. BANSAL
Ashok M. Bansal, hailing from the Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan, brings a wealth of experience and dedication through his long-standing association with the Lions Club. Over the last decade, he has held various important positions at both local and zonal levels within the organization. This experience has not only helped him develop a deep understanding of community service and organizational dynamics but has also honed his leadership and administrative skills. Known for his excellent grasp of administration and efficient manpower management, Ashok has naturally taken on the critical responsibility of overseeing the society management segment within his company.
His active involvement in the Lions Club has significantly enhanced his network and influence, particularly across Northern India. Leveraging these strong relationships, he has played a pivotal role in driving the expansion of his company’s services throughout the northern zone. Abhishek M. Chaubey, a dedicated BSc graduate from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, joined the company in 2024 and has since become a vital part of its growth and operations.
